EuroVelo is a network of cycling routes of several thousand kilometres in length, running through various European countries, including Poland. These routes are intended to promote cycling tourism, ecological transport and discovering natural and cultural attractions of a given region.

It is an initiative that encourages tourists to visit the region by introducing a special card that allows discounts on entrance fees to museums, galleries, theatres and other tourist services. The programme aims to promote tourism diversity and sustainability. It works in other Polish towns, too: in Gdańsk, Giżycko and Opole
Long Night of Museums
As part of the nationwide Long Night of Museums initiative, Lublin is organising special events during which residents and tourists can visit the city’s museums and cultural institutions free of charge. The initiative aims to popularise cultural heritage, education and promote sustainable tourism.
